Admission Tickets: $6 in Advance, $7 Day of Event.

Admission tickets purchased for the Greater Louisville Hamfest 2012 are good for one admission to the Greater Louisville Hamfest 2012 on September 8, 2012 from 8:00am until 2:00pm. Each ticket is good for door prize and the main prize drawings. Tickets must be placed in our clear ticket barrel at the Prize Booth to be eligible for prizes.

Advance tickets may be ordered by using our Greater Louisville Hamfest 2012 Space Registration & Ticket Order Form. Advance tickets may also be ordered using the form from any Greater Louisville Hamfest 2012 flyer.

Orders and payment must be received by Friday, August 31, 2012 for ticket delivery. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive tickets in the mail. If a SASE is not provided, tickets will not be mailed and can be picked up at the indoor Ticket Booth on the day of the show (proof of identification required). Tickets must be paid for in advance to receive the discounted admission price.

Prize Tickets: $1 or 6 for $5 (Day of Event Only)

Additional prize tickets will be sold at the hamfest. Each ticket is good for the door prizes and the main prize drawings. These tickets are not valid for admission to the Greater Louisville Hamfest 2012. Tickets must be placed in our prize drum at the hamfest to be eligible for prizes.

Additional Ticket Information

You must be present to be eligible for door prizes. You do not have to be present to be eligible for the main prize drawings. Proof of ticket stub is required to receive prizes. Drawings will be held the day of the event. Main prize winners not present will be contacted by the information on the ticket stub. If the winner cannot be contacted by the information on the ticket stub, the ticket number of the prize winner will be posted on our website. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days the prize will be forfeited and will become the property of the GLHA. Main prize winners agree to allow the Greater Louisville Hamfest Association to use their name, callsign and likeness on our web site and/or in advertising. All prizes subject to change. All ticket sales are final.
